| Tiivistelmä: | The production-related contract responsibility system, practiced in the rural areas makes true "land to the tiller" under the public ownership of land, thus promoting force- fully the development of agricultural economy and stabilize the broad rural areas and peasants. In the current reform of economic system in the urban areas, we should follow suit and make the medium-and small-sized state-owned enterprises an economic form of mixed ownership, which is neither state-owned nor privately-run by pursuing generally "share to the staff and workers". |
