| Tiivistelmä: | This paper expounds theoretically the characteristics, natures and function of both joint stock system and joint stock partnership system. It points out that practising joint stock system will give great impetus to the reform of state-owned enterprises and the development of the national economy. Joint stock partnership system is characterized by combination of labour with capital and combination of distribution according to work with distribution according to capital. The employed buy shares for investment according to legal procedure, which makes them both labourers and share holders, thus establishing the main body status of labourers. |
