| Tiivistelmä: | To transform state-owned enterprises into state-controlled holding companies, the uncessary management levels between the state and the representatives of state shares should be reduced and the market of respresentatives of state share stock right with competitiveness established. However, to realize the company-system objective model, the corresponding market environment condition is needed and especially great efforts should be made to develop capital market except making the transition from state-controlled holding companies to the objective model as soon as possible. |
