| Tiivistelmä: | The expansion of foreign equity capital mainly occurs in large and medium-sized productive enterprises with good economic benefits, a bright future and a guarantee of huge markets. Its modes are pluralistic. Such expansion causes severe shocks to national industries and serious losses of state-owned assets, restrains Chinese side's ability to learn technologies in the joint venture, results in the running-off of profits for the Chinese side and limits the ability of state-owned enterprises to finance on the international capital market. Therefore, our government should establish specific system of examination and approval, perfect the legislation, make clear the investment guiding principles of joint venture, improve the investment strategy and stimulate the establishment of related financing mechanism. |
