Considering the structure of property rights, the clear separation of authorities and responsibilities hasn't been fundamentally realized. Taking the distribution structure into account, there exists the problem of single form and lack of vitality Considering the accumulation of capital, the expansion and development of enterprises is limited. In order to change the current situation of unreasonable structure of property rights, the following aspects deserve paying attention to in establishing a liquid and open pattern of property rights: the share holding proportion between operators and employees should maintain appropriate, approximately 5-10:1; perfect of stock structure; the transaction of property right is to be carried out within a specific range; etc.. |
