| Tiivistelmä: | In the system of international protection of intellectual property, legal conflicts no doubt exist. Basically, the laws of protectorates should be taken as the criterion for this is the spirit of conventions for intellectual property and also the most realistic. At the same time, the laws of countries of origin should be adopted too. As the conferring behaviour is the premise of creation of industrial property right, the laws of the countries to be conferred should certainly be takes as the criterion. For the intellectual property from different countries, different treatments to the same kind of behaviour in the same country should be avioded. |
