| Tiivistelmä: | This article presents a debate between Laura Hartman, J.D., and Dr. Moses Pava on topics related to the EverQuest v. EverCrack case. The Oxford style debate includes two opposing viewpoints and a third party with a neutral viewpoint. In this debate, the parties took diametrically opposing views - corporate responsibility versus personal responsibility.
