| Tiivistelmä: | The restrictive factor in the course of modernization in China's coastal areas is the lag of the tertiary industry. The experience of the rising industrialized countries which develop the tertiary industry with foreign funds shows that the tertiary industry should be developed ahead of others. The international environment and the internal conditions for developing the tertiary industry with foreign funds are that the proportion of international investment in the tertiary industry increases gradually, new technology revolution gives the tertiary industry new content, the status of transnational corporation investment in the tertiary industry is increasingly strengthened, the development of tertiary industry with foreign capital accords with the demands of GATT and the policies become more suitable to the development of tertiary industry. |
