| Tiivistelmä: | Through the investigation into the city of Shiyan in Hubei province, we find there are 26 units or departments collecting 79 kinds of fees from the private enterprises, the individual traders and peddlers. Thus they are annually burdened with the common fee about 362.72 yuan per person, not including tax, the industrial and business administrative fee, and the rental fee for the shop or the stall. |
