| Tiivistelmä: | Private owned firm with smaller scale, clarity and concentration of proprietorship, easy to set up and to be closed up (the rate is high), and close in blood relation, etc. yet is a kind of economic form with high mobility and vitality easy to meet the consumers. It is the basic main body under market economy system. However, it was misunderstood for long, long time and very much restricted. It gets its chance of development on equal footing since 1993 with other economic forms. However, because of its privateness, we should supervise and control it internally and externally while encouraging its development. |
