| Tiivistelmä: | With the constant development of Pudong district, farmland has been progressively decreasing and the total agriculture production descending, year by year. In the course of development, some circulation systems of the basic facilities for agriculture production were destroyed. Agricultural investment was attracted to township secondary or tertiary industries whose economic efficiency was fairly good. Originally, the investment was arranged to develop industries for compensating agriculture. That makes agricultural production short of investment. In the future programs should be made for comprehensive agricultural development zones, funds raised from various channels. And agriculture protection laws must be established and perfected. |
