| Tiivistelmä: | The important contents of the Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and social Development and the Long-Term Targets through the Year 2010 are to promote agriculture and the rural economic development. To ensure the realization of the targets, one of the measures to be taken is to realize the shift of agricultural growth mode in order to promote agricultural industrialization. The agricultural industrialization is a huge social system project. Because of the short experiences in agricultural industrialization in China, there exist the following problems: 1. People have less knowledge of agricultural industrialization; 2. Market risks restrict its development; 3. Its development is also affected by both natural and social factors. |
