| Tiivistelmä: | On the one hand this article shows with regard to the contents of the publications to "affirmative actions programms" the chronologic development of the field in german speaking countries (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). On the other hand the article provides an analysis concerning the theoretical and empirical publications. The theoretical publications are introduced by their main objectives and the empirical studies are examined regarding to the following criterias: year of data collection, sample, instruments of data collection, data analysis, objectives and main contents of the studies. Outstanding fields of research derived from the review of literature complete this article. |
