| Tiivistelmä: | It is difficult to imagine of leadership (here as: l-ship) in isolation from the context within which l-ship is practiced. Based on institutional theory, this study develops a framework describing hybrid organizations (here as: h-orgs.) as a l-ship context, focusing on the meeting btw. different institutionalized principles within h-orgs. It is argued that l-ship challenges are variable as a function of three factors. Based on an example from the hospital sector, the study's last section shows how the framework can be used to study l-ship challenges within h-orgs. (original in Norwegian) |
