| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the share-holding cooperative enterprises in rural areas are characterized by economic market orientation, flexibility in operation, democracy in management, being scientific in decision-making, scatterer of risks and so on. But the current financial system in rural areas characterized by the traditional planning management system is not suitable to the development of the share-holding cooperative enterprises. To this end, the financial department in rural areas should carry out reform in the aspects of credit management, interest rate management and service scope. |
