| Tiivistelmä: | The main cause of the present urbanization of China is that due to the reform and development of the rural economy, the extra rural population enter cities rapidly. In urbanization, various employment channels should be chosen. The employment structure should be made as rational as possible. The characteristics of China's urbanization is absorbing and shifting the extra rural labor force sufficiently on the basis of the reform and development of rural economy. |
