| Tiivistelmä: | Various share-holding cooperative systems appearing in China' rural areas are the reconstruction for rural micro economic organizations and their development has vast vistas. is one of the areas where the share-holding cooperative system grows earliest, but its development speed and growing level obviously lags behind that in the coastal areas of China, and Sichuan share-holding cooperative systems grow high spontaneously, bad systematically and bad standardized, etc. We should resolve the following issues: 1. fully understand that Sichuan has been possessed of the objective conditions for popularizing the share holding cooperative system; 2. the governments must adopt the attitude for directing right and positively improving; 3. properly handle the relate parts' economic interest relationship; 4. hold well the emphasizes, methods and rhythmically in practice. |
