So there exist some outstanding problems, such as being single and preliminary in system, low degree of socialisation and low level of social security. The basic orientation of perfecting further the rural old-age pension security system is as follows: The forms of old-age pension security system, basic and various will coexist. The different levels of old-age pension security are allowed on the basis of basic fairness. The degree of socialisation and the overall level of old-age pension security should be raised continuously. |
