| Tiivistelmä: | This essay deduces the decomposition formula of changes of the Gene coefficient. It not only discovers that the income differential among China's rural areas is on the rise, but also finds out that such tendency is closely related to the rural economic structure. The development of rural industries is related to the structural effect of income differential. Starting to solve the inter-regional income differential from this aspect should not be advocated either at present or in future. However, family-run operation is related to the concentration effect of the income differential. Hence, vigorously supporting the development of family-run operation in relatively poor areas by loans, taxes, technologies and even finance can effectively achieve the goal of narrowing the inter-regional income differential. |
