| Tiivistelmä: | In the short-run, we should develop rural commodity market by means of strengthening the construction of rural circulation organizations on the premise of raising peasants' income, focusing on adjusting industrial product mix. In the long-run, we should start with adjusting industrial policy and income distribution policy to eliminate gradually the urban and rural dual economic structure and narrow the gap between urban area and rural area in a bid to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural market. The measures to be taken in the near future are 1. to ensure the rapider growth of rural residents' cash income and raise their purchasing power level. 2.to adjust product mix in time according to the demand of rural market; 3. to strengthen the construction of circulation system and create the necessary consumption. |
