| Tiivistelmä: | The core of the property rights of rural land in China is land-use rights whose core is to make peasant households foster the expectation conviction of land-use and land resources allocated rationally. This constitutes the basic points of reform of rural land property right system and design of policies. The policies on reform of system should highlight and following:strengthening and stabilizing land contract relations and making clear the definition of property rights of rural land-use rights; developing land-use right turn over market and establishing an effective land turnover mechanism.In terms of the innovation of land-use system, we should pay attention to making standard legal definition and property right definition and implement the present policies on rural land-use, which were made by the government. |
