| Tiivistelmä: | At present, peasant have heavy burden. Although the government implemented some policies, little effect was produced. The reasons are that the personeels in rural administration are too many on the one hand, on the other hand, peasants' income grew slowly, even stoped growing. The rural accounting system was not perfect, which created a convenient condition for rural cadres to persue their private ends. For resolving the issue of peasant's burden, China should simplifies rural administration, deepen rural economic reform, give peasants a complete position of production and management, mainbody, make great effort to reform the rural personeel management system and accounting system, increase investment in agriculture as well as establish national united market. |
