| Tiivistelmä: | This article uses the annual effective work hours of the rural labor as the basic measure unit to examine the utility degree of the labor force, and analyze the insufficient employment situation in Chengdu Plain and its neighboring areas, and its influence on peasants' incomes, on the social mobility of labor force, on the social status and family relations of the labor force, on the crimes of the community according to some statistics of sampling survey. And it also tests the relations of educational level, gender and insufficient employment. The analysis shows that there are phenomena of insufficient employment in the examined rural communities and have great difference in the plain, hilly land and mountain area. The insufficient employment is in inverse proportion to the labor's educational degree and income. |
