| Tiivistelmä: | The difficult position of TVEs (Town and Village Enterprises) is directly related to the national macro-economic deflation policy. However, the deflated economy is the fuse only for the difficulties of TVEs. TVEs have a series of problems such as further reduced benefit, the too small size, the irrational industrial structure, the intervention by local government in enterprise operation and the grave apportion of expenses and so on. The key point to solve above problems is to standardize the production elements market, strengthen business rules and get out of the communities closeness. In addition, there is still room for the country to improve the development policy. |
