| Tiivistelmä: | It's not comprehensive for urbanization collection and transferring of productive elements because of a special course of industrization and brutalization in China. The article pointed out the concept of sub-urbanization of rural productive elements (population and funds). The state of sub-urbanization has two meanings: one is a lower ordinary standard, which is between yes and no; the other is the course rould return back under the certain conditions. |
