| Tiivistelmä: | Exploiting rural markets is determined by three factors: farmers' purchase power, effective supply of farm goods and establishment of circulation system. The radical causes that hinder rural markets exploitation are reduction of the factors that lead to increase of farmers' income, channels to increase income blocked, and various burdens intensified. The contradiction between relative surplus of productions and insufficient effective supply laid down obstacles for rural market exploitation. Lagging of circulation network construction and nonstandard circulation order, those make it harder to exploit markets. |
