| Tiivistelmä: | Shanghai's rural economy underwent a great change in the past 20 years (1978-1998). In particular, Shanghai countryside, through the practice to reform the rural system in the middle-latter part of 1980s, has established the new system with the basis of household contract, the socialized service, agri-products marketalization and with the support and protection by the state of the agriculture. This new system accommodates to the need to develop the economy of socialist market. In it, the structure of rural ownership is tending further to rationality and the livelihood and quality of the peasants' life enhancing. |
