| Tiivistelmä: | Purpose of this article is to analyze tourist preferences for the attributes (type of building, services, activities offered etc.) defining the rural house in Spain. The study relies on stated preference experiment and the data is analyzed using discrete choice modelling methodology. The findings show variation of tastes within tourist preferences. The study provides a tool for planners and managers of rural houses when planning marketing or advertising campaigns. |
