| Tiivistelmä: | This article explores the impact of a middle manager's demographic characteristics on the level of support received during strategy implementation. Demographic characteristics are regarded as one of the key factors determining the level of support from top managers. It is found that the majority of the middle managers surveyd in UK private companies were not satisfied with the level of support, and that the demographic characteristics of the middle managers affect the level of support. |
