Tiivistelmä: | Networks are then able to accomplish advantages of intercompany job-sharing and realization of comprehensive synergetic potentials, if they choose the appropriate form of network and the right instruments of coordination. Due to long-term relationships the price as a mechanism of coordination represents a minor role. Therefore it is substituted more and more through negotiations of the service- and quality-degree of exchange of performance. In hierarchic-pyramidal networks goals and objectives are being generated and a controlling of its attainments for the individual network companies is being done with the help of detailed benchmarking- and audit-systems. The figures of the individual network-companies are being compared and the allocation of ressources are related to the achievement of benchmarks. |
