| Tiivistelmä: | This article describes a longitudinal case study of the alliance evolution. Based on earlier work by Ring and Van de Ven, a model of the collaboration process in partnership is developed. To understand this evolution, interactions between the partners and the effects that external shocks have on their perceptions of efficiency and equity are analysed. It is concluded that positive feedback and procedural issues are critical from the start in building of mutual trust. |
