| Tiivistelmä: | In professional service alliances among many different firms are used to perform complex, customized work. These multiple firm alliances are called constellations. This article examines two different kinds of strategies firms apply in constellations: individual or collective advantage. The choice of this basic strategy determines the behaviour and expectations of a firm in a constellation. |
