| Tiivistelmä: | Different departments with different ways of communicating can lead to confusion in the budgeting process. The accelerating pace of change in new market distribution channels in new production technologies and also in IT systems now makes it desirable for everyone to sing from the same hymn sheet. In order to achieve this we need to make a determined effort to break through these organizational boundaries and to regain the human face of budgeting. |
