| Tiivistelmä: | Based on 10 case studies in the German and Danish metal industries performed in 2005, it is argued that the social contracts (henceforth as: soc-ctrs.) at the Danish case companies allow more efficient use of company-level agreements on flexible working hours than the soc-ctrs. at the German case companies. |
