| Tiivistelmä: | During the 20 years of existence, the European School of Management (EAP) has responded to the changing socio- economic environment by adopting different pedagogical approaches. The teaching philosophy of the EAP is characterised today by the emergence of an original educational framework, based on an inductive pedagogy, which seems suited to the development of the managerial capacities of European students in the fast changing environment of the 90's. |
