| Tiivistelmä: | In the first part of this article the authors revisited the companies that M. Goold and A. Campbell classified as following a strategic planning or financial control style in their 1987 book 'Strategies and Styles'. By updating the experiences of these companies, they were able to test the management style framework for 'Strategies and Styles', and to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of the strategic planning and financial control styles in different circumstances. |
