| Tiivistelmä: | In 'Strategies and Styles' (1987) M. Goold and A. Campbell presented a framework for understanding how corporate centres add value in large, diversified companies. Research into the management styles and processes of major UK companies led them to identify different approaches to the management of diversity, and to examine the strengths and weaknesses of these different strategic management styles. The authors revisited the companies in the 'Strategies and Styles' sample to examine the developments in these companies since the mid 1980's. |
