| Tiivistelmä: | Labourers of foreign-funded enterprises consist of rural surplus labourers, employees of stated-owned loss-making enterprises and other labourers. The foreign party enjoys an advantageous position. Problems with labour relations are labour contracts, pay and treatment, training of human resources and labour organization. To coordinate these relations asks for government's effective control, better legal systems, supervision systems of labour and social supervision mechanisms, perfection of labour organizations, trades union activities and improvement of qualities of labourers. |
