Tiivistelmä:The examples illustrated in the frame of product clinic as well as the impact analysis of further 21 cases have shown the capacity which can be reached by means of a product- related learning irrespective of any function or corporate hierarchy. The assumption that the process of creative learning can be stimulated through a gathering of experts and the application of a methodically guided analysis process could be confirmed in these findings and the results were attributed to the impact mechanisms of the theory of creative learning in a model case. Thus product clinic may represent a nucleus supporting coordinated learning at a company-related place of learning.
