| Tiivistelmä: | British Telecom (BT) Laboratories has developed a knowledge management network in order to generate and disseminate technology trend and comparative R&D information within the company. The primary customers are: the research program office, technology and marketing strategists, and others with a concern for longer-term technology trends. BT's Corporate Research Program Office (CRPO) has responsibility for the shape of the research portfolio, and for undertaking the necessary project reviews and audits. The knowledge management network is the responsibility of CRPO. |
