| Tiivistelmä: | In the project business, it is truly relevant that the customer is satisfied with the overall experience of the company. This paper discusses the case of a construction company gaining competitive advantage through the development of a societal offer and a model of management of a customers suffering during the different phases of a construction project. The case study aims to contribute to the improvement and development of the project management theory, possibly transfering some of the managerial practice identified in the case to other contexts. |
