Tiivistelmä: | Up to now, successful strategies such as "increased productivity" and "experience-graph orientation" could not be totally effective, because they kept existing organizational structures intact. This has done much harm to the competitiveness of companies in the field of innovation and productivity. Nowadays a fundamental restructurization of all company activities is needed along the productive chain of value creation under the primacy of customer satisfaction. Among the most important changes the necessity of changing the factory into a laboratory is named and discussed. It is shown how this transformation opens up new R and D capacity for the company. |
