| Tiivistelmä: | Reproductive health hazards faced by workers using toxic chemicals are volatile labor-management relations issues. Unfortunately for workers and managers, both sides are caught in a situation that threatens personal tragedy and devastating corporate or criminal liability. Despite the uncertain effects, however, managers actively must protect their employees' health - general and reproductive. It is demanded by ethical and financial concerns. Employees working with toxic chemicals face known reproductive risks, but employers are caught in a legal limbo that allows few options. |
