The shortfall in the supply of skilled networking professionals in South Africa will be as severe as that facing Europe, the Middle East and the rest of Africa, according to a report issued by networking company Cisco systems. South Africa's skills shortfall is expected to rise from a mere 33% in 1999 to a staggering 62% in 2003. |
