| Tiivistelmä: | The economy of poor counties in mountain areas developed late. Their bases are poor. Industries are underdeveloped. The growth of agriculture is show. The reform of financial, tax and monetary system will have deep influence on economy of mountain areas and improve it to develop rapidly. There still exist some unfavorable factors in finance, banking and enterprise management. State revenue should have a great increase. Various channels of increasing income should be explored to ensure the capital supply of industrial and commercial enterprises. |
