| Tiivistelmä: | Reforms in various aspects have relations with financial reform. Interest rate should be made freely floating and set by market demand. Financial institutions should be commercialized and have right to make decision themselves. Share-holding should be implemented in financial institutions. Commercial banks should become real entities that have right to make their own decisions. The reform of the central bank should abolish regional administrative control. Coordinating with other reform measures, the reform of financial system should be made the breakthrough. |
