| Tiivistelmä: | Trust and investment corporations have become a relatively orderless force of impact in the transitional process of Chinese financial system, due to their inevitable all-round characteristic under specific systematic background as well as inherent shortages brought about by administrative patterns on the matter of market participation. On one hand, they catalyzes our reform of the financial system. On the other hand, there are huge potential risks. Therefore, these corporations have unavoidably been screened and rectified by the authority of financial supervision for many times. |
