| Tiivistelmä: | A comparative study on the financial liberalization and financial constraints is carried out. The paper argues that the latter is the proper solution to China's financial oppression and bubble economy. Through the analysis of the constraints and deep, dialectal movement of finance, it proposes financial innovations should be made by financial micro-entities to lower the cost resulted from the financial constraints. This is the fundamental dynamics to the development of China's financial system. |
