| Tiivistelmä: | After introducing the overall approach to knowledge management (KM) taken by Allianz Group (here as: A.), two specific solution approaches are presented. The first approach is focused on knowledge (here as: kn.) sharing across various lines of businesses and organizational entities within the A., and the second on improvements of knowledge-workers day-to-day tasks involving document and expert search from various information sources. The setup and the results are reported from a pilot study accompanied by an empirical survey. |
