| Tiivistelmä: | The aim of this article was to provide greater understanding about strategic management systems and performance reporting systems in general and the balanced scorecard (BSC) system in special. The authors examined the linkage between the strength of alignment of strategic goals and performance reporting systems and organizational performance. The research was based interviews carried out with managers of large Australian manufacturing firms selected with a random sample method. |
